    Came back again all the way from Pulaski, NY (4.5 hr ride!) with my friend Bill just to once again grab this outstanding BBQ. It continues to get better and better. We loaded up on BBQ and headed back right back North. Nothing beats this BBQ!!!

    Went to Sempre Fame for the first time and everything was delicious. We ordered the sampler for 2-3 people. Three of us ate and still had leftovers, it comes with 3 sides. We had ribs, brisket and pulled pork along with sweet potato fries, beans and cole slaw. They really know how to cook meat to perfection. The service was also impeccable. I'm so mad at myself that I didn't take any pictures but I just have to go back soon for pictures.

    Service: Absolutely great service, excellent customer and very helpful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Andy and Paul during checkout and they were both very helpful. Ambiance: The decor was really nice and cozy. I loved all the different patches and pictures on the wall. Pretty cool. The place was clean and smelled like a bbq restaurant. Food: Excellent bbq food. I got the Sempre Sampler. Half pound brisket, ribs and pulled pork. All the meats were absolutely delicious. The sides we got was the sweet potato mash, side of massive fried, collard greens (need some Flavor) and the Mac and cheese (shoulda been better) Again the meats were on point and the sweet potato mash was excellent. However, the collard greens needed more flavor, maybe add some more turkey necks and some salt and pepper. Mac and cheese was not good, has potential though for a bbq place the Mac and cheese should be really good. Maybe revamp the Mac and cheese all together. I wanted to give five stars but the Mac and cheese/collard greens were questionable. I will definitely be back to try out everything else. The burgers look delicious.

    Tried the pastrami sandwich with mustard and sides of collard greens and sweet potato fries. Generally good, although the sandwich felt like it had too much mustard, which made the bread a bit soggy and the sandwich a bit salty. I'd recommend mustard on the side. The sweet potato fries were very good. It looked like the collard greens came with meat, which I feel like should be made more clear during the ordering process. It was fine for me, but if it was pork, for example, there are many people who don't eat pork who would want to know. I'll try the brisket next time.
